Breakfast truly is the most important meal of the day. All of our overnight guests on the Inn side will receive a full country breakfast each morning of their stay.

Our hearty Country breakfasts always have fresh fruit, coffee, juice and teas to start you out. Next, try our hickory smoked bacon or ham, eggs to order and homemade biscuits. If you prefer something a little lighter, we always have yogurts and cereals. Breakfast is served in our main lodge in our dining areas between 9 am and 10 am.

More Fun Things To Do at Historic Banning Mills!

In addition to our Adventure Treks, Banning Mills' guests have many more free things to do. Our amenities include Olympic size swimming pool (opens last weekend in May and closes in mid September), tennis (bring your own equipment) and basketball court, sand volleyball, horseshoes, nature trails, softball field, miniature golf, catch and release fishing lake, lake kayaks and paddle boats (bring your own gear and bait for fishing) or just relaxing on our many decks in the rocking chairs that are almost everywhere. We are 10 minutes from Oak Mountain Championship Golf Course. Let us make a tee time for you!
