Every once in a while, everyone needs a getaway from life’s stresses and strains! And what more perfect place than Banning Mills?  This Georgia Country Inn and Retreat Center has a bed and breakfast atmosphere that will start you off on your road to relaxation!

Explore the Snake Creek Gorge and the beautiful Nature and Hiking trails we have. Have a romantic dinner served in your room by candlelight or enjoy a dinner on the Tree Terrace overlooking the Gorge. Take time to enjoy our onsite Day Spa with stress relieving massages and pampering facials. If you need a little more spice to the getaway, try out our many adventure treks to include our famous zip line canopy tours.

RV Center and Full Size Cabins
Our RV Center is located on the opposite side of the Gorge from the Country Inn side.

We have 5 full size cabins, 10 rustic cottages and 67 RV sites with partial and full hookups. The full size cabins and rustic cottages have full kitchens. Rates differ according to which unit is rented.

Rates quoted DO NOT include a breakfast. However, you may make reservations with the front office staff if you would like to dine with us at the Country Inn side.  The Cabins and Cottages are Non Smoking and we do not allow pets in those rooms. RV campers may bring pets as long as they have current vaccination records and are kept in the camper or restrained by the outside of their camper.

Most of the Jacuzzi rooms are made from heart pine logs featuring a king bed, gas fire logs (in season) and a double Jacuzzi tub. Each room has a queen sleeper sofa, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, satellite television, private tiled bathroom with shower and a deck that overlooks Snake Creek. Can sleep up to 4 if sharing the bed and pull out.
The main lodge contains two jacuzzi room accommodations for group use and are adjacent to the function rooms. These are ideal for a coordinator or speaker. The two rooms sleep one or two if sharing the queen bed.  $189.00 d/o

The downstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a jetted tub. The sitting area features gas fire logs (in season), a futon capable of converting into a single bed, table and chairs, satellite television, microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker and a private tiled bath with shower. The open loft has 2 twin beds. The cabin rooms sleep up to 4

Banning Mills Efficiency Cottage5 Cozy Efficiency Cottages
Our cottages feature an efficiency kitchen including mini refrigerator, sink, cooking surface, microwave and preparation counter. There is not an oven in the cozy cottage.

The private bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and electric fire logs. The deck overlooks the gorge. A small loft provides a suitable space for one air mattress or sleeping bags; great for children 7 to 14 years.

There is a sitting area with satellite television, a futon capable of converting into a single bed, table and chairs. Sleeps 2 to 3 persons well (using the futon).

Banning Mills Lodge Rooms20 Lodge Rooms
These rooms are designed for couples,  corporate and training retreats or a church retreat. Lodge rooms have either King beds or 2 extra long and extra wide twin beds. These rooms all have private baths, satellite tv, mini refrigerator and coffee makers.

Lodge rooms also feature decks out on the front and back. The lodge building also has a 20 foot x 30 foot deck that overlooks the Snake Creek. It makes a great congregating area. Sleeps single or double occupancy only.
