We are an Adventure Destination. We are not the Ritz in the woods! We are in the middle of thousands of acres and we have all kinds of critters around here. You may even see or hear some during your stay. Some may even show up at your door on occasion! We are not a hotel, we are not a chain organization and we are not a luxury resort! What we are is different and unique. If you love natural beauty, history, comfortable, unique rooms, hearty country breakfasts and most of all if you love Fun and Adventure, then Banning Mills is right for you!

12 Creek side Overlook Rooms 

These Creek View rooms are made from heart pine logs featuring our New Aspen Log KING beds and pillow top mattress, gas fire logs (in season) and a double Jetted tub. Each room has a queen sleeper sofa, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, satellite television, private tiled bathroom with shower and a deck that overlooks Snake Creek. Ideal for 2 guests.

The main lodge contains two Creek View room accommodations for group use only and are adjacent to the function rooms. These are ideal for a coordinator or speaker. The two rooms sleep one or two if sharing the queen/king bed.  Price: $189 - based on double occupancy. If you stay more than one night, the rate drops to $129 each additional night.

11 Pine Log Cabin Rooms

Most of our pine log cabin rooms overlook  the Hidden Gorge at Snake Creek or beautiful woods. The downstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a jetted tub. The sitting area features gas fire logs (in season), a futon capable of converting into a single bed, table and chairs, satellite television, microwave, mini-refrigerator, coffee maker and a private tiled bath with shower.

The open loft has 2 twin beds. The cabin rooms sleep up to 4.
(these rooms Do Not have a full kitchen!)
Price: $169 the first night (double occupancy) If you stay more than one night the rate drops to $129.00 each additional night of your stay (double occupancy)

5 Cozy Efficiency Cottages

Our cozy cottages feature an efficiency kitchen including a mini-refrigerator, sink, cooking surface, microwave and preparation counter. There is not an oven in the cozy cottage.

The private bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and electric fire logs. The deck overlooks the gorge. A small loft provides a suitable space for one air mattress or sleeping bags; great for children 6 to 10 years of age.

There is a sitting area with satellite television, a futon capable of converting into a single bed, table and chairs. Sleeps 2 to 3 persons well (using the futon). Most of the cozy cottages have a high creek view. Price: $119 per night (double occupancy)

20 Economy Lodge Rooms

These rooms are designed for singles, couples, corporate and training retreats or a church retreat. Lodge rooms have either 2 extra long and extra wide twin beds or they can be combined for a nice King bed.

These rooms have private baths, satellite tv, mini refrigerator and coffee makers.

Lodge economy rooms also feature decks out on the front and back. The lodge building also has a 20 foot x 30 foot deck that overlooks the Snake Creek. It makes a great congregating area. Sleeps single or double occupancy only.
Price: $99 per night (double occupancy)

5 Full Size Rustic Cabins

We have an additional 5 full size cabins, 10 rustic cottages. The full size cabins and rustic cottages have full kitchens. 
The rustic cottages are available only for montly rentals at present time. They have one full bed and some have two bunk beds. There is a full kitchen in the RV cottages
The Full size cabins can sleep 4 to 8 depending on which one a guest reserves. 

Rates differ according to which unit is rented. Rates quoted DO NOT include a breakfast. However, you may make reservations with the front office staff if you would like to dine with us at the Country Inn.

Cabins and Cottages are Non Smoking. Pets are not allowed.
