We offer a wide variety of meeting rooms that are sure
to adapt to your needs!

Our facilities are great for meetings and retreats. Our 6 meeting rooms can seat from 6 to 200 people. From small to large meeting rooms, we have the flexibility to provide your function with the necessary space that will suit your corporate needs. Everyone will enjoy the breathtaking surroundings. Meeting rooms provide free WiFi almost everywhere. We are happy to customize a package to meet your individual requirements and specifications. We can accommodate most small to medium group sizes!

The Upper Room: This is a small meeting room that accommodates up to 35 people. It’s size is 26' Wide x 26' Long. It is ideal for 6 to 20 guests in classroom style or 25 to 35 in theater style setting. This room has a country elegant theme with gas log fireplace and two doors that lead out onto a skywalk and deck with spectacular views of the Gorge and Snake Creek 150 feet below.



Wilkenson Room: A medium size room that accommodates 20 to 50 people. It is 27' Wide x 37' Long, and is a very private meeting area adjacent to the main lodge.



Tree Terrace Room: A medium size room that accommodates 20 to 35 people. It’s size is 22' Wide x 36' Long. It features a glass enclosed dining area with panoramic views of the Snake Creek and Gorge. With the ability to close this room off, it makes for a very beautiful and private dining area.

This is one very unique room! It has wonderful views of the Snake Creek Gorge. The Tree Terrace meeting room will seat up to 35 guests and is perfect for that private luncheon/planning meeting or small rehearsal dinners.

The Hutchenson/Amis Room: A medium size room that accommodates up to 35 people. It’s size is 31' Wide x 26' Long. The Hutchenson/Amis Room is a private meeting area on the lower level of our main lodge. It is also home to our small historic interpretive center. It is adjacent to our largest meeting room (the McIntosh Room) and is ideal for 20 people classroom style or 35 theater style. It opens up to an outside covered deck with spectacular viewsof the Snake Creek Gorge. It makes an excellent breakout area for groups utilizing the McIntosh room.

McIntosh Meeting Room:A large meeting room that comfortably accommodates 100 people in classroom style or 200 in theater style environment. It’s size is spacious 62' Wide x 36' Long. This room is named after Creek Indian Chief William McIntosh. It has an elegant country theme and tells the history of the Creek Indians. It features a large gas log fireplace, panoramic views of Snake Creek Gorge 100 feet down. It opens up on both sides to outside decks that extend the meeting space during good weather. The Hutchenson/Amis Room is adjacent to it and can be used for a breakout area.

Pavilion Meeting Area: This is Historic Banning Mills largest meeting room that accommodates up to 200 people. It is 50' Wide x 100' Long with side wings. The 6000 square-foot covered Grand Pavilion is the largest and most unique outdoor settings in all of Georgia. It is built 40 feet above the ground on the high sides and overlooks the Chattahoochee Valley. It's great for any company group function. It is equipped with a large rock fire pit, wood benches that convert into picnic tables, lights, power and stage.

The Amphitheater: A lovely outside amphitheater that can seat up to 200 guests. The Amphitheater features a covered platform with a gorgeous backdrop that overlooks the waterfall at the Horseshoe Dam on Snake Creek. This scenic venue is wonderful for outside lectures. An Olympic size pool and restroom facilities are located directly across the drive within easy walking distance.
