TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES IN GEORGIA

A full-day program (typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) allows your group to move beyond surface-level interaction into deeper development. With time for intentional sequencing, meaningful debriefs, and layered challenges, this option provides the greatest long-term impact. Lunch is included.

Common full-day formats include:

Traditional Ground Initiatives: A full day of facilitated challenges focused on communication, leadership, trust, and collaboration.

Ground Initiatives + High Elements: Half-day traditional initiatives followed by a half-day on our high elements course. This option includes our 1,000 ft zip line Take Off, a great transition into elevated challenges.

Traditional Ground Initiatives + Orienteering Course: Half-day traditional initiatives paired with a competitive navigation challenge across the property.

Team Building Plus: Half-Day Team Building + Level 4: Extreme Zip Line Tour: Half-day traditional initiatives or orienteering course combined with our Level 4 Extreme Zip Line Canopy Tour.

Our minimum booking price includes four hours. However, that time can be customized to fit your schedule.

For groups with limited availability, we can design a shorter structured session within that timeframe using ice breakers, tabletop challenges, or targeted communication activities.

We can design a program that ensures everyone is included and engaged. Traditional Ground Initiatives are often the best fit, as they allow for flexibility in both activity selection and location.

Traditional Ground Initiatives (Low Elements)
Our most versatile option. These activities can be adapted to a wide range of abilities, group sizes, and timeframes. Programs can take place across our property, in shaded outdoor areas, covered pavilions, or indoor meeting spaces.

Orienteering Adventure Challenge
A more competitive, strategy-based experience where smaller teams navigate the property to earn points. This is a great option for groups with established cohesion who want to add energy, competition, and bonding.
If your primary goal is full-group development, this is often best paired with traditional initiatives as part of a full-day program.

High Elements (High Ropes)
These are physically and mentally challenging, elevated experiences. They require thoughtful consideration of your group’s comfort with heights and physical ability.
While participants can contribute in support roles (as safety checkers, belayers, and cheerleaders), high elements are most effective when a majority of the group is willing and able to engage. Why choose High Ropes Elements then? Because the impact of getting over fears together is a powerful experience that builds deep trust!

Yes. All high elements are operated by trained facilitators using professional safety systems and industry standards. Participants receive thorough instruction and supervision throughout the experience.

We can accommodate a wide range of group sizes, from small teams of 6 to large organizations of 150. Large groups are often divided into smaller teams to ensure meaningful participation and engagement.

For the Orienteering Course we can accommodate groups of 14 – 70.

Both have value — they simply serve different goals.

Team bonding is often about having fun together, creating shared memories, and strengthening relationships through enjoyable experiences. Think outings built around adventure, recreation, or shared accomplishment.

Team building is typically more intentional and facilitated, using structured challenges and reflection to develop communication, trust, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Sometimes a group needs deeper development. Other times, what a team really needs is to relax, laugh, and reconnect.

Often, the strongest experiences include a little of both.

For groups focused more on bonding than facilitated development, many choose one of our adventure experiences — including zip line tours, the Crazy Squirrel Aerial Course, Eco-Spider SWINCAR Tours, or other shared challenges.

We also offer a 10% discount for groups of 10 or more, making adventure outings a popular option for organizations simply looking to connect and have fun together.

Low ropes (often called ground initiatives) are facilitated team challenges conducted at or near ground level. They focus on communication, trust, problem-solving, and collaboration, and can be adapted for a wide range of ages and abilities.

High ropes involve elevated elements using harnesses and safety systems. These challenges often emphasize confidence, trust, support, and stepping outside comfort zones, while still reinforcing teamwork.

In simple terms:

• Low ropes focus more on group process and problem-solving.
• High ropes add personal challenge and shared accomplishment.

Participants should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing that allows freedom of movement.

Specific guidance will be provided based on your selected activities.

Closed-toe athletic shoes/boots are required for high ropes and harness-based activities. Clothing should allow harnesses to fit comfortably and safely.

We recommend:

• Active or outdoor clothing
• Layers for changing weather
• Long hair secured back
• Minimal loose jewelry

Specific recommendations may vary by activity, and we’ll provide guidance during planning.

Many of our programs can be adjusted to accommodate weather conditions, including covered outdoor spaces and indoor options when needed. Your facilitator will work with you to adapt the experience if necessary.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for larger groups or peak seasons. This allows us to better customize your program and ensure availability.

Yes. Many groups choose to create a full retreat experience by combining team building with overnight accommodations, meals, and adventure activities.

There isn’t one single best activity — it depends on your goals.

For large groups, traditional ground initiatives and orienteering challenges are often excellent choices because they can be scaled and customized in different ways.

For example, some groups divide into smaller teams that rotate through facilitated initiative stations, while others split into subgroups participating in different experiences and rotate throughout the day.

One large group of 150 participants divided into two groups of 75, with one group enjoying our Level 4: Extreme Zip Line Canopy Tour while the other competed in our Orienteering Challenge before switching after lunch. Another group of 100 used traditional ground initiatives, rotating smaller groups through multiple challenge stations designed around their goals.

For very large groups, we design the structure around whether your priorities are competition, communication, leadership development, bonding — or a mix of these.

Absolutely.

Many of our programs are customized specifically for youth groups, church groups, schools, and athletic teams. Depending on your goals, programs may emphasize communication, trust, leadership, problem-solving, bonding, or simply shared challenge and fun.

Because every group is unique, pricing varies based on:

When making your reservation, we require 25% of the payment (non-refundable) at the time of booking and the remaining 75% must be paid at least 14 days prior to your reservation date.

We have  a 14-day cancellation policy for Team Building. If a reserved event is canceled less than 14 days before the scheduled event, 50% of the total charge will be assessed to the credit card on file. No shows will be charged the full amount of the event.

If you must move the date and it is less than the 14-day period before your reserved date, a $250 transfer fee will be applied to move to another date.
