Your event will be fully coordinated by our administrative staff. They will be available for you every step of the way to make sure that everything goes perfectly during your meeting. Our job is to eliminate your stress by handling all the details of preparing and executing your meeting plans.
We will provide you an immediate response to questions or needs that may arise in the course of your meeting. Routine things like room setup, beverage service, and supply needs are taken care of.

A Variety of Meeting Rooms to Suite Your Special Needs
We have 4 meeting rooms, a 6000 sq ft covered pavilion and outside amphitheater. Metting venues can seat from 6 to 200 people depending on venue chosen. The main lodge has 4 meeting rooms with over 6200 square feet of meeting space. We have several multi-use rooms to ensure maximum flexibility and impact. Seating formats vary from conference to theater style. Most meeting rooms have beautiful views and some extend to scenic outdoor areas.
State-of-Art Meeting Room Audio and Visual Equipment
Most A/V equipment you need is already here. Meeting space includes pull-down screens, one flip chart, marker boards and AM coffee breaks and afternoon snacks. The following are items we have onsite for your corporate meetings: Sound Pak system, LCD projector, screens, extra whiteboards, flip charts with markers. Pull-down screens and podiums are available in most of the meeting venues.

Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. We offer several fun, safe, and very productive team building adventure activities. You can choose from several meeting packages that include refreshments, meals, meeting space and equipment. We offer Day Meeting Packages and Overnight Stay Packages.

Please note that we require our guests to check in by 9 pm. There is no check-in after 9 pm. Our check-in office is not open 24 hours a day and we do have gates that close in the evening. Please make sure your group understands this.
