 The Board Room is a small meeting room that accommodates up to 12 people. It’s size is 17' Wide x 28' Long. The Board Room provides an intimate meeting area on the main floor of the lodge with seating for 6 to 12 guests at a large conference table. It’s exterior doors lead to an outside deck overlooking the Snake Creek and Gorge 100 feet down.
The Upper Room is a small meeting room that accommodates up to 40 people. It’s size is 26' Wide x 26' Long. The Upper Room is ideal for 6 to 25 guests in classroom style or 35 to 40 in theater style.
 This room has a country elegant theme with gas log fireplace and two doors that lead out onto a skywalk and outside deck with spectacular views of the Gorge and Snake Creek 150 feet down.
The Tree Terrace is medium size room that accommodates 20 to 50 people. It’s size is 22' Wide x 36' Long. The Tree Terrace features a glass enclosed dining area with panoramic views of the Snake Creek and Gorge. With the ability to close this room off, it makes for a very beautiful and private dining area. This is one very unique room!
 The Wilkenson Room is medium size room that accommodates 20 to 50 people. It’s size is 27' Wide x 37' Long. The Wilkenson Room is a very private meeting area adjacent to the main lodge. It has wonderful views of the Snake Creek Gorge. The front entrance is adjacent to our outside decks that also overlook the Creek and Gorge and extends your meeting space in nice weather. Will seat 30 people classroom style and 50 theater style.
The Hutchenson/Amis Room is a medium size room that accommodates up to 50 people. It’s size is 31' Wide x 26' Long. The Hutchenson/Amis Room is a private meeting area on the lower level of our main lodge. It is adjacent to our largest meeting room (the McIntosh Room) and is ideal for 30 people classroom style or 50 theater style. It opens up to an outside covered deck with spectacular views of the Snake Creek Gorge. It makes an excellent breakout area for groups utilizing the McIntosh room.
 The McIntosh Room is a large meeting room that comfortably accommodates100 people in classroom style or 200 in theater style. It’s size is spacious 62' Wide x 36' Long. The McIntosh Room is named after Creek Indian Chief William McIntosh. It has an elegant country theme and tells the history of the Creek Indians. It features a large gas log fireplace, panoramic views of Snake Creek Gorge 100 feet down. It opens up on both sides to outside decks that extend the meeting space during good weather. The Hutchenson/Amis Room is adjacent to it and can be used for a breakout area.
 The Grand Pavilion is Historic Banning Mills largest meeting room that accommodates up to 300 people. It’s size is grand 50' Wide x 100' Long with side wings. The 6000 square-foot Grand Pavilion is probably one of the largest and most unique outdoor settings in all of Georgia. It is built 40 feet above the ground on the high sides and overlooks the Chattahoochee Valley. It's great for any company groupfunction. The Grand Pavilion is equipped with a big rock fire pit, wood benches that convert into picnic tables, lights and stage. An Olympic size pool and restroom facilities are directly across the drive.
The Amphitheater is a lovely outside amphitheater that can seat up to 200 guests. The Amphitheater features a covered platform with a gorgeous backdrop that overlooks the waterfall at the Horseshoe Dam on Snake Creek. This scenic venue is wonderful for outside lectures. |
