The above rates are for double occupancy and include breakfast. More than two guests in a room will incur an extra charge. Extra persons in room from 10years old on up is $30.00 pp, 4 to 9 years is $15.00pp and children under 4 are free. Prices also include a breakfast.

Bed and Breakfast Package
This Package includes a jacuzzi room, or a cabin suite with jetted tub, full breakfast in the morning for two, and free use of our beautiful facilities. $189++ for single and double occupancy in jacuzzi room and $169++ in the cabin rooms. Each extra adult person (more than 2) is $30 per night. Call for costs for children. |
Romantic Get-Away
You receive a jacuzzi room or cabin suite with jetted tub, romantic candlelight dinner (served between 6-7 pm), full breakfast in the morning, and use of our facilities at $273++ per night tax included. Additional night for $129 for single or double occupancy with breakfast. |
Adventure/Romance Package
You get a 2 night stay in our jacuzzi or cabin room, 2 full breakfasts, 1 romantic dinner in room on the second night with a choice of entree, a spa basket with wine or sparkling grape juice, a full canopy tour for 2 and a 1 hour couple's massage in our beautiful Day Spa! $799 all inclusive. Some restrictions apply to the canopy tour, so please call for details. |
On line special only! "Big Daddy Adventure"
Get a 2 night stay in a jacuzzi or cabin room, 2 breakfasts and 1 in-room candle light dinner for 2 on the second night. Experience our Pattern Plus canopy tour featuring: Big Daddy zip line (our longest line at 1500 ft and 200 ft high) $579 for double occupancy. Some restrictions apply for the canopy tour. Historic Banning Mills is a non-profit retreat and conservation center. We are a non smoking facility.
We do have a 72 hour cancellation policy for rooms. Check your group contract for group cancellation requirements. Please ask about adventure trek cancellation policies when you call to reserve. All no shows will be charged one room night and no shows for any adventure trek or spa service will be charged the full amount for the reservation made. |
