Can I Zipline While Pregnant?

We get asked all the time if it’s okay to zipline while pregnant. The decision to engage an activity like zip lining while pregnant is ultimately a personal decision, however there are doctor recommended guidelines when participating in activities like zip lining while pregnant. It’s important to take caution during pregnancy to ensure you and your baby remain happy and healthy!

At all of our locations and most zip line courses, we recommend you do not zip line if you are in your second and third trimester of pregnancy. Zip lining can be a strenuous activity with stairs to climb, bridges to cross, and potential high speeds that would make the activity hard on, and potentially dangerous for an expecting mother and child.
