Standards of cleanliness, health, and safety protocols currently in place:
Training for staff members, with ongoing reinforcement on a regular basis
Well established and defined cycles for frequent cleaning/disinfection of targeted areas and associated guest gear.
Amplified “heavy cleaning” to highly sanitize our facilities that offer overnight accommodations.
Easy access to hand sanitizer in our staff rescue kits
Quick response to spills, trash, and other situations
End of day sanitation procedures in place for any restroom or kitchen facilities our guests may have access to.
Frequent cleaning of outdoor locations in high traffic areas.
Updated operating procedures on zip lines tours to adhere to distancing recommendations and protocols
Additionally, hand sanitizer locations will also be available to all visiting guests beginning on your adventure. Hand washing is highly recommended after each adventure.
As always, our focus is on safety first and the health and well-being of our guests and surrounding community. We look forward to welcoming you to any of our locations soon and want our guests to have peace of mind when choosing to adventure with us. We strive for the best in every situation. Our current running cancellation policies are in place as listed below:
To ensure a quality experience, tours are offered by reservation only.
When you book a tour, we schedule Guides and other support staff to be available to make your Tree Flight adventure as wonderful as possible. For this reason, we require a cancellation notice of 7 days BEFORE your reserved time for individuals and 14 days BEFORE your reserved time for groups of 10 or more. If you fail to meet your appointment, we still incur all the same expenses and may have turned others away. Therefore:
1. For those guests who fail to show for a reservation or cancel the day of, no refunds will be issued.
2 If you must cancel with less than the 7 days notice for individuals or 14 days for groups, the reservation will keep a 50% charge plus a $20.00 processing fee with the balance refunded to the card used to reserve the times.
3. If you cancel outside of the cancellation policy, a full refund minus a $20.00 processiing fee will be given to the card used to make the reservation.
We do take cash and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, and Discover) only as payment- NO personal CHECKS. If you want to pay cash for a reservation, the reservation must be prepaid and a credit card is still required to be on file to cover upgrades of tours that have not been prepaid. A guest can pay cash at check out for upgrades but if the guest does not come back to pay, the card will be used for any and all upgrades done.
If you need to move a reservation date and it is within your cancellation period, we can move it once for $5.00 per person. You must rebook within 6 months of the original reservation date or you will lose your chance to re-book. (please note that the maximum discount given (coupons, etc) will be no more than 10%)
Lodging cancellations outside of the 7-day cancellation window will be charged a $20 processing fee. Inside of the 7-day window we can transfer your reservation for $25.
